Legal notice

Who is behind agnetia.com

This document identifies the owner of the site and sets the general terms of use. What you buy and at what price is in the Terms of sale; how personal data is handled is in the Privacy policy.

Version of 20 September 2026

The company's identifying details are not published on this page yet. Agnetia is operated by a company registered in Spain; the rest — legal name, tax number, registered address, commercial registry entry and contact email — will be published here as soon as they are completed. In the meantime, the working contact channel is Support, inside your account.

Agnetia is the trade name under which that company, registered in Spain, provides the service through the domain agnetia.com and its Android app.

Until the contact email is published, the channel for any communication is Support, inside your account's private area. Messages sent that way are logged with a date and carry the same weight as an email.

Purpose and acceptance

This legal notice governs access to and use of the website agnetia.com and the Agnetia mobile app. Browsing the site makes you a user and means you accept these terms in the version published at the time of access.

Subscribing to the service — creating an account and registering a payment method — is further governed by the Terms of sale, which are expressly accepted at that point and prevail over this document in everything concerning the contract.

Use of the site

  • The site and the platform are offered for learning languages. They may not be used for any other purpose, or in a way that harms their operation or the rights of others.
  • You may not attempt to reach restricted areas, other people's accounts or the systems behind the service, nor run security testing without prior written authorisation.
  • You may not extract the site's content or the platform's teaching material in bulk and automatically, nor reuse them to build a competing product.
  • The public pages — including About us, How it works and Payment security — may be read, linked and quoted freely, including by automated systems. Being quoted is precisely what they are written for.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide and for keeping your credentials confidential.

04 / 06

Intellectual and industrial property

The site's design, its code, the texts, the illustrations, the Agnetia name and logo, the learning syllabus and the teaching material belong to the owning company or are used under licence. Reproducing, distributing or transforming them beyond what the law allows requires written authorisation.

The content you generate by using the platform — your answers, your progress — remains yours. The Privacy policy explains what is done with it.

If you believe any content on the site infringes your rights, tell us through the contact channels in the previous section, stating what the infringement consists of, and whatever is appropriate will be removed or corrected.

Liability and links

  • The site is offered with the availability the internet allows. We work to keep it running continuously, but we do not guarantee the absence of interruptions, errors or maintenance work.
  • Agnetia is a tool for speaking practice. It is not a formal course, it does not prepare you for any specific official exam and it certifies no level. The level the platform measures is an in-house estimate, indicative only.
  • Corrections and answers are generated by an artificial intelligence system and may contain errors. They should not be used as the only source in decisions that depend on linguistic accuracy.
  • Where the site links to third-party pages, it does so to make useful information easier to reach. We do not control their content and are not liable for it.
  • Nothing said here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, in particular towards consumers.

Applicable law

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you keep the protection given to you by the mandatory rules of your country of residence, and you may go to the courts of your own domicile. The complaint routes are set out in the Terms of sale.
